Since there are no places for water supply and there is a high content of arsenic in the water of the Aguada de la Peña, the tourist should not forget to take drinking water with him.

In Pagancillo, where the professional guides live, one can take the small buses to visit the canyon. The park is open from 8 am to 5 pm. At the entrance of the canyon, a private service of vehicles takes charge of the tourist.
