From Buenos Aires there is a daily bus service to Mercedes' city (Corrientes), (700-km)
From Mercedes (Corrientes) there is a bus service to Visitors Centre (Centro de Interpretación Iberá).
Tours can be hired, in Colonia Carlos Pellegrini, in Mercedes (Corrientes) or directly in Buenos Aires.
Or one can fly to the city of Corrientes and from there one can continue by bus.
Look for a hotel in Colonia Carlos Pellegrini.
If you want to go by car, this it is the route:
Leave the City of Mercedes in the Province of Corrientes taking the Av. San Martin towards route RN 123; take to the left along this route; after a few meters you will find the crossing of route RP 40 that leads to the Reservation where one arrives after approximately 120 kilometres. The track is in good conditions, except for the last part.
