The best thing to do is to lodge in the City of Buenos
Aires and to go to the Delta, to the Estación Fluvial de Tigre. One can
hire a tour in Buenos Aires or one can go to Tigre, by the suburban train
from Retiro Station (direction Tigre, by train; or Maipú and then change
to the Tren de la Costa).
One can also go by bus or car, driving along the residential neighbourhoods
of the north of the city.
Another possibility is to see the Delta from the Province of Entre Ríos.
There are daily bus services
or one can go by car taking the freeway in direction Zárate and there
take the route 12 that crosses the arms of the Paraná de las Palmas River
and Paraná Guazú River until kilometre number 151. There turn to the right
getting to Villa Paranacito, the heart of the delta in the Province of
Entre Rios.
